You can now have your Water Bill EMAILED to you instead of mailed. (Click for directions)

Go to www.townoforiental.com 

In the upper right corner, click on PAY ONLINE

Register with your water account number- create an account. (Your tenant number is the two digit number following your account number)

In your account, click on UPDATE INFO (upper left corner)

Check the box that says EMAIL (on the bottom line, it gives you a choice between EMail or Paper Copy- the paper copy is mailed)

Hit SAVE

It takes one whole billing cycle for it to kick in!

The email bill you get will be from DONOTREPLY@LOGISSOLUTIONS.COM and will look like this:

Dear Valued Customer,

Your Town of Oriental water bill is now ready to view online at www.townoforiental.com under the “Pay Online” blue button.

Account Number: 100000.00 96
Amount Due: $86.66
Due Date: October 25, 2020


If you are a Bank Draft customer, your account will be drafted on the 20th of the month as usual.
