Water Bills- are due on the 25th of every month. (click for info about missing bills)

We have been told by several property owners that they did not receive either their original bill or their late notice or both.  Our biller sends them from Raleigh on the last day of the month.  We send late notices from here on the 26th of every month.

We have no control over postal service.

To ensure your bill is paid on time, you can go to our website www.townoforiental.com to the PAY ONLINE circle on the right. 

(1) Once registered, you can check your bill every month.  You don't have to pay it there to go and see it.

(2) you can sign up for EMAILED bills on the same link. They also send reminders if the due date gets close and you have not yet paid.

(3) you can do a bank draft, which is automatically sent to us from your bank.
